El Corte Inglés is The Spanish department store chain, founded in 1940, based in Madrid. By turnover it is first in Europe and fourth in the world.

This Christmas they wanted to focus on our Panettone, in particular the one glazed with PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts.

And we are really proud of it.

“Masa es todo un mundo” is the title of the Gourmet Club in the article dedicated to our Panettone, underlining the origins of some of the ingredients used, the most characteristic ones of the leavened dessert.

Vanillas, bourbon and pleniflora, of which we make a blend using multiple origins: Madagascar, Polynesia, Mexico and Pope New Guinea.

The butter, only fresh butter from the dairy, from a centrifuge, of which we make a blend using butters from Normandy and Brittany.
